The NEO-PI-R is usually completed in approximately 60 minutes and yields a measure of five personality factors, each of which is subdivided into four subfactors.

16PF4 and 16PF5
The 16PF measures sixteen functionally independent personality traits, which can be used to calculate a series of higher order factors that are directly relevant to leadership potential, creativity, team roles, etc. Available as a traditional paper-based assessment the 16PF is usually completed in around 40 minutes.
