Research Projects Many of our clients are interested in independent and unbiased research services. We offer specialist support to help you validate your Selection methods, to improve Appraisal Systems, to better understand their Workforce. We can also help you with a wide range of other topics. We've recently carried out research on areas as diverse as children's favourite books, coping with migraine and why men go to the pub. Psychological Solutions also has a rolling programme of research projects in which participation is usually free. Usually we are most interested in projects dealing with occupational issues, particularly where new ideas or theories are being put to the test. Although we have our own areas of interest, we are also interested in any suggestions you might have for future research.   We also offer some free support to researchers and students, such as supplying research materials, making grants and offering expert advice.
