Psychological Solutions and B&Q have won the Personnel Today Award for Innovation in Recruitment and Retention.

The award entry was based on the new online recruitment and candidate management system built around the Persona questionnaire. The system handles approximately 250,000 applications a year and assesses every candidate against the criteria for each individual job role within B&Q- from Customer Advisor through to General Manager.
