The BBC2 television series Apply Immediately followed six people who wanted to make a complete career change. |

| Dr Colin Gill gave expert advice on the types of career for which each of the six contributors might be suitable. He was asked to assess each of the participants who wanted to make a career change, but was told nothing about their background or current career before he met them. Colin gave each contributor a series of tests and then talked them through their results to help them better understand their strengths and weaknesses, and the kinds of job for which they might be most suitable. None of the contributors had been given this kind of feedback before. | |
