Persona



Persona is a personality questionnaire developed over more than a decade of academic research. Persona can be completed in about 10 minutes to provide a highly reliable and valid psychometric test of the five factor model of personality (FFM) in organizational and work-related situations.
The research behind the development and validation of Persona have been published in Personnel Psychology (Gill, C. M. and Hodgkinson, G. P. (2007) Development and validation of the Five Factor Model Questionnaire (FFMQ): An adjectival-based personality instrument for use in occupational settings, Personnel Psychology, 60, 731-766.) and shows that Persona provides an excellent measure of the FFM of personality.
In 2004 an online assessment system developed by PsychSol around Persona won the Personnel Today Award for Innovation in Recruitment and Retention.
